This market resolves to UP if the BTCUSDT price at the close timestamp is greater than the price at the open timestamp. Otherwise, it resolves to DOWN (ties resolve to DOWN).

The resolution source is Binance Spot via the last_trade_at_close_ts methodology — the last trade timestamped at or before the open and close timestamps.

For audit, the entry observation and final observation are recorded on the market row at opens_at_observation and closes_at_observation.
